Artist Statement

I have been making art since I could hold a crayon or pencil. I’ve never been good at coloring inside the lines. In fact, I have always preferred to make my own lines! I am inspired by the mysteries deep in our world and beyond. I am fascinated with a combination of natural and dream like representations found in my meditations. My aim is to create thought-provoking images and stories placed in evocative landscapes and situations, real and unreal. My artistic style is most definitely eclectic!

“The purpose of art is to provide what life does not.”

~Tom Robbins, “Another Roadside Attraction”
