Class Description: Zentangle Art is abstract, often black & white drawings, created by using step-by-step instructions for each pattern. You will be introduced to patterns that you will combine into one drawing. Have you tried it yet?
My students have found this to be a very relaxing and calming art medium to work with, and they can easily add their own designs and art techniques to truly make this art form their own; i.e., using watercolor, acrylics, colored pencils, gel pens, etc.
During the two classes, you will be given plenty of time to work on your projects with special attention from me to assist you with your questions.
If you need a break from all your winter classes and want to try something new; something that is small enough to travel with, very little supplies are required, something to do while waiting at the doctor’s office, etc., then you have found the right art medium to try. No pressure!
Come find a relaxing, calming, happy atmosphere for creating art over the summer. I look forward to seeing you!
Supply List: Additional $10, payable to instructor for Zentangle supplies. Bring your watercolor paints/brushes, acrylics, colored pencils, gel pens, etc. for coloring projects, if you desire.
