Class Description: Figure Drawing Clothed Models
Come join in on the fun and challenge of working with the figure. In this class you will work with a clothed live model drawing various poses while learning the figures proportions, using comparing lines, plum lines, center lines and values. The instructor will present and demonstrate each lesson as well as provide individual help as you draw. Working with the figure is a great way to train your artistic skills.
Material list
18X24 News print pad
Drawing pencil soft (you want a nice dark value)
Needed eraser and a magic rub eraser
Hand held pencil sharpener or an X-Acto knife
Compressed charcoal (must produce a black value when pressure is applied)
Smudge sticks
Conte crayons white and burnt sienna
Optional- 23X26 masonite drawing board with clip and cut out handle. (You can make this with card board and add the clips)
