Class Description: Studies
In art, a study is a practice artwork created to explore a specific subject. You can make a few studies of a certain subject, technique, color palette, etc., or you can make dozens of studies of what interests you. In this way we learn without the pressure of a completed work, so that when we do want to paint a finished piece, many of our problems are already worked out. Plus, there is fun along the way!
