In this class we will work on composition with an emphasis on value and value patterns. We will create 4 or 5 paintings exploring value relationships, value patterns and value schemes through various painting exercises. The objective for this class is to help you improve your understanding of the use of value in your work while expressing your individual style and value choices. All skill levels can benefit from this class. You may use oil or acrylic mediums, whichever is your preference.
Dates: January 12, 19, 26, and February 2, 2024 (4 weeks)
Times: 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Fridays
Maximum Number of Students: 12
Skill level: Beginner to Intermediate
Class Fee: Payment of $80.00 is due on the first day of class.
