Colored Pencil and Traditional Illustration Techniques – Cactus and Flowers

This schedule is a little different, so please read carefully. The first two classes will be Friday Mornings, 12/13 and 12/20 from 9am to noon. The third class will be Friday AFTERNOON, 1/03/25 from 1pm to 4pm. The final class will be Thursday MORNING, 1/09/25 from 9am to noon.
Cost: $100.00, plus a $5.00 supply that will cover supplies provided by the instructor. Total: $105.00
Skill Level: Beginner, but it would be most helpful if you took Sue Werner’s beginner class that will give you some basics. Discuss your experience with colored pencil with Sylvia when you register to make sure this is for you.

Colored Pencil is an addicting form of creating artwork. Why? It’s more versatile than you may think, requires minimal financial outlay and does not take up much space. You will learn different techniques in colored pencil; shortcuts in traditional hands-on illustration, along with unique color theories to make your work stand out. Also, discover ways to preserve and repair your colored pencil art. At the end of the class, you will have at least one drawing ready for framing.
