Member Cost:  $100 plus a $5 supply fee payable at the 1st class.

Non-member Cost:  $100 plus a $5 supply fee to the instructor and a $40 fee to QCFAPC, payable at the 1st class

Description:

Colored pencil is an addicting form of creating artwork. Why? Its more versatile
than you may think, requires a minimal outlay in cost, and does not take up much
space. You will learn different techniques in colored pencil, shortcuts in
traditional hands-on illustration, along with unique color theories to make your
work stand out. Also, discover ways to preserve and repair your colored pencil
art. At the end of the class, you will have at least one drawing ready for framing.
